Entry & Payment

By entering Not The Ryder Cup 2027, you agree to pay the entry fee of £249 per person, as stated on our home page. This includes one night's bed & breakfast in the lodges at Schloss Roxburghe, two rounds of golf, and all on-course competitions.

Payment can be made in full at the time of entry, or by three instalments at no extra cost:

• £49 deposit — due at the time of entry, to secure your place
• £100 — due February 2027
• £100 — due May 2027

A team is not confirmed until the deposit has been received for every player. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your entry more than 90 days before the event start date (11 September 2027), you will receive a full refund, less a £50 administration fee.

If you cancel your entry between 60 and 90 days before the event start date, you will receive a 25% refund.

If you cancel your entry less than 60 days before the event start date, you will not receive a refund, unless we are able to fill your space from a waiting list.

Course Closure

In the unlikely event that Schloss Roxburghe is closed and play cannot go ahead as planned, we will provide each golfer with a voucher to play the course at a more suitable time. This applies to closures outside of our control, including adverse weather, course maintenance emergencies, or events of force majeure.

Tee Times

We will do our best to accommodate any player requests, however exact tee times are not guaranteed. If you are travelling with friends to the event, we will ensure you are teeing off in a similar time block to help with travel arrangements.

Conduct & Handicaps

All players are expected to conduct themselves in the spirit of the game and treat the course, staff and fellow competitors with respect. We reserve the right to remove any player from the event, without refund, for serious misconduct.

Players should enter with a valid, up-to-date handicap where required for matchplay purposes. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure their handicap is accurate at the time of entry.

General

Not The Ryder Cup 2027 is organised and run by Golf In Scotland, who run the largest amateur golf tour in Europe. By entering the event, you agree to these terms in full.

Golf In Scotland reserves the right to amend these terms, the format, or event details where reasonably necessary, and will notify entered teams of any material changes as soon as possible.
