By entering the Not The Ryder Cup, you are agreeing to pay £165 to play in our 36 hole event.
Payment can be made in full or by 3 instalments.
A deposit of £25 per person secures your space in the event.
A further payment of £65 per person will be due before March 1stA final payment of £75 per person will be due by May 1st
This equates to the total event cost of £165.
If you are looking to cancel your entry more than 90 days before the event start date, you will receive a full refund, less a £50 administration fee.
If you cancel your entry between 60 and 90 days of the event start date, you will receive a 25% refund.
If you cancel your entry with less than 60 days before the event start date, you will not receive any refund, unless we manage to fill your space.
In the unlikely event of either golf courses being closed, we will provide each golfer with a voucher to play the course at a more suitable time.
We will do our best to accommodate any player requests, however exact tee times are not guaranteed. We will ensure that if you are travelling with friends to our events that you will be teeing off in a similar time block to help with travelling arrangements.
